Lt. John K. Justice Is The Only Person From The Munster Raid To Evade Capture
During the Munster Raid , the men who were not killed in action were forced to jump-start from their planes . When these men fled by parachute , they land in German territory , and therefore , they wereforced to become captive of war . Major John Egan was one of these men . After lead his plane , Egan land in Germany and was interned at Stag Luft III , a prisoner of war encampment for soldiers in the U.S. Army Air Forces . Though this fate bechance almost all the survivor of the Munster Raid , there was one human beings who managed to escape .
The centesimal Bomb Group Foundationhas a set of chart that list the valet de chambre who embarked on the Munster Raid and their position after the mission . Almost every man has the recording label POW or KIA , aka prisoner of war or killed in action . While some planes like “ EL P’sstofo ” bear all POWs , others had a mix of humanity who were killed or became prisoners . The only true outlier in the charts is Lt . John K. Justice . Rather than having the label POW or KIA , Justice has EVA , which means Evaded Capture . Justice escaped the Munster Raid and German capture .
Lt . John K. Justice is not impersonate inMasters of the Air .

What Happened To Lt. John K. Justice
Unlike the balance of the 100th , Lt . John K. Justice did not die during the Munster Raid or get captured by German violence . After evacuating his planing machine , Justice was taken in by the Dutch resistance . Though it took several months , Justice waskept safe by the Dutch , and eventually , return to Thorpe Abbotts . Along with the crew of the Royal Flush , he was the only subsister of the Munster Raid that remained free of the Germans . In this manner , his story , like much ofMasters of the Air , is heaven-sent .
